Dates and Deadlines

Early requests improve your chances of receiving exactly what you want! We can accept requests up to a year ahead, if this helps.

On receipt of a teacher’s request, we will deal with any queries and reserve the requested resources. If you are requesting late, please let us know how to contact you after term ends in case there is a query or stock shortage.

Late Requests and Last Minute Changes (eg received after the published cut-off date for requests)
We will try to include late requests on the delivery routes, time and weight permitting, but there may still be some that we cannot deliver.  However, if items are available you are welcome to call and collect.

Delivery / Collection Cycle  If your school is near the beginning/end of the delivery cycle, you will also be near the beginning/end of collections so that resources are available in each school for maximum, and roughly equal, periods of time. We notify schools of our collection and delivery dates as soon as they are available for each term.

If, because of lesson plans, open days, Ofsted visits etc, you wish to retain resources beyond your scheduled collection date, you MUST let us know at least three working days before that date. If possible we will then reschedule our collection to your school, although sometimes it may be necessary for you to return the items yourself directly to our Resource Centre.
